If you can't be the poet, be the poem

If you can't be the musician, be the music

If you can't be the artist, be the art

If you can't be the student, be the teacher

And if you can't be the teacher, be the student

If you can't receive love, be the love to give

If someone can't be the difference in your life, be the difference in someone else's life

If you can't be, then be the reciprocal of it
